Short Description.

It is a tour of the Imperial cities In Morocco that used to be Capitals ,Fist one is Fes the cultural and spiritual capital it has one of the oldest universities in the world ,then visit Meknes the small city in comparison.

Itinerary.

Day 1: Arrival in Casablanca airport and transfer to the hotel in Casablanca,Rest then go for an orientation tour ,drive near the cornishe and enjoy a drink in one of the seaside cafés (optional).
Day 2: A tour in Casablanca to visit the big mosque ,theJewish museum to learn about Jewish heritage in Morocco ,See Art Deco and then you go to food market to choose fresh fish and have it cooked for you then drive to Fes check in the Riad .(stay 3 nights)/If you like you can try a Hammam ,a steam bath in the riad ‘s Spa.
Day 3: You do thé tour of the medina of Fes at the same time You will try Moroccan street food ,You will also discover the handicrafts and the real way of living of people in addition to some cultural sites.then start visiting the food Souks .This is an opportunity to try traditional Moroccan street food including dried meat ,msemman ,briwate ,harsha ,spicy sardines,soup,olives and more food .Also you will taste different flavors of honey from different plants and you will learn how honey can be good for the health .Also you will visit a bakery ,a community oven .on thé tour you will learn about spices and herbs and their different uses.
Day 4: You will be taken to the Souks to buy all what you need for your cooking class .This is a professional cooking experience .Thé Chef will teach you how to cook some of the main dishes in Morocco and you will choose what to cook and eat what you cook in the afternoon visit the 14 th century Jewish quarter and take photo of the main entrance to the Royal Palace .at the end you will visit workshops of tiles and ceramics.
Day 5: leave Fes towards the Sahara Desert .It is a long scenic drive across middle Atlas Mountains .Stop in Ifrane for a rest .then follow to Erfoud via Midelt ,And you can stop for lunch then continue to Errachidia that was nuit as a garrison by the French .Drive near Ziz Valley once in Merzouga you will have a Camel ride through the sand dunes to take nice sunset photos.Then return to the Camp where you will have dinner and enjoy local music. If the weather is good .you will take nice photos of the stars.
Day 6: Drive towards Skoura ,a peaceful oasis .You will drive through lots of small towns ,thousands of Kasbahs and palm oasis . You rest and have lunch in Tinghir and visit Todra gorges . A nice formation of Rocks .Also You visit a traditonal bazaar that has berber crafts .Continue driving through the valley of Roses through Dades Valley ,stop to see Rose production. Arrive in Skoura thé peaceful oasis ,You will have dinner and stay overnight.
Day 7: Enjoy seeing local ladies preparing breakfast .You discover e that Local ladies make the best food.And later enjoy a tour in the palm grove of Skoura.
Day 8: Drive to Ouarzazat ,visit Kasbah outside and continue to Kasbah Ait ben Haddou .Visit a family and have mint tea with them .cross Tichka pass the highest road in Morocco on your way to Marrakec.
Day 9: visit the major sites in Marrakech .such as Koutoubia mosque ,Saadian Tombs the Jewish quarter and Bahia Palace then You will be taken to buy ingredients to make the speciality of Marrakech ,the clay Jarr Tangia ,prepare it and take it to be cooked in Ashes of the traditional Hammam,The dish can be made with either beef or lamb preserved lemon ,garlic ,Safran ,cumin…So Tqngia will be ready for your dinner.
Day 10: To day you will have a cooking class that will take about 4 hours ,The Moroccan Chef will show you some choices of meals ,and you will choose the ones you like to cook .Also you will eat what you cook and enjoy the flavors of your dishes .In the afternoon return back to the medina and Souks in case you like to buy souvenirs and also enjoy some time in the main Square.
Day 11: Either your transfer to Casablanca airport if you have the flight from there or Just do your transfer to the airport of Marrakech
