Réservations
A déposit of 30% is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be settled no later than 21 days prior to the arrival of the client(s) or group.
Cancellation Policy
- More than 30 days prior to arrival: 25% cancellation fee
- 21 days prior to arrival: 50% cancellation fee
- 14 days prior to arrival: 75% cancellation fee
- 07 days or less prior to arrival: 100% cancellation fee
Rates
Rates include all services specified in the program and outlined in the proforma invoice. All applicable taxes are included. Any additional expenses not expressly mentioned will be charged to the client.
Transportation
Transportation will be provided according to the itinerary and group size, using cars, minibuses, 4×4 vehicles, or coaches as appropriate.
Accommodation
Accommodation is based on double occupancy in either twin rooms or rooms with king-size beds. Single rooms are available upon request at an additional supplement.
Program Modifications
The company reserves the right to modify or alter the itinerary and arrangements should circumstances require.

All prices are based on tariffs and costs applicable at the time of publication and are subject to change without prior notice.
